The Summit Basement Company sent Jeff out to my property after my basement flooded. He was courteous, professional, and really saw my needs as a person versus a commission. He laid out multiple ways to get my project done in a cost efficient manner and really explained every aspect to me so I could understand the problem and how they would fix it. I truly appreciate when a company has employees that really see their customers and try to help them based on their individual needs. Will definitely be seeing them soon and for all my future needs!

I needed to get my basement waterproofed and Jake responded quickly. He was knowledgeable and informed us that there were some things that another company said we needed to have done and Jake assured us we didn't need it done. He saved us thousands!! He was so honest.
