I had an awful experience with this company....The cleaners were late. I was given the impression that all supplies were brought except toilet brushes which I provided, however, they used (and opened!) a Lysol mop that I was planning on returning and also used my vacuum. My kitchen sink was not thoroughly cleaned, food was stuck on the inside left corner. The kitchen floor had a scuff that was not there before and also hair and dust still remained in the master bathroom as well as in corners of living area. They offered to come back fix any issues but I had already taken care of it! So I asked for a partial refund and they stopped responding to my messages and charged the full amount to my credit card! I am still in the process of disputing with my bank as well as the BBB. Beware!!

The client did make us aware promptly of the deficiencies that she noticed, and as we discussed during the consultation process and subsequent follow up, we will respond and address any issues quickly so that we take care of our customer. This customer declined us this opportunity and for that reason, we could not confirm her complaint. Again this was discussed, in person, during the walk thru process. This client has not contacted us since that time.

I would never use them again. I got 5 quotes and took the middle of the road, with the most promises. I was appalled to see that over half of what I was promised was NOT even done. The inside of my microwave, dirty. Bottom of my bathroom sink pedastal and bottom of toilet, dirty. Didnt even touch a baseboard. Didnt wash one window on the inside, didnt dust any ceiliing fans, at all...OMG what a nightmare. I was having a grad party the next day and of course could not get them on the phone. I should have taken a way better look around, but geez, you would think the basics would be done. And I got charged $40 extra than I was supposed to, which I guess I won't ever see. They did finally come back almost a week later to "finish" the job, but the party was over by then. And they never even called to see if I was ok with the second cleaning, WOW, horrible customer service! Beware....and don't let them leave until you go over EVERYTHING with a fine tooth comb and the list they send you.

This client has failed to be a bit more informative as to the true condition of her home, as it was extremely difficult to access her walls and windows due to the amount of clutter throughout the home. My supervisor went to the home the second time and was astonished as to the conditions of the home compared to what the client wanted done. My supervisor who as been with us for 15 years classified the home as "nearly a hoarders home". Had the client been more forthcoming with the information or invited us to take a closer look before scheduling services we would have made several recommendations to her. We did the best we could under the circumstances and extreme weather conditions. This job clearly should have take upwards of 2+ days in order to clean it properly after it was decluttered.

How does the company handle client keys? These four questions will help you quickly assess whether this company is "qualified" to work in your home. Check with the BBB for any reports and responses. Check online recommendations. You are trusting a company to come in and care for your home. It's important to know who you trust with the keys to your home.
