If I could leave negative stars, I would. The first cleaning was fine. Come time for the next, no one showed up. Then they scheduled someone to come the next day who did a HORRIBLE job. I have photos of my shower that was dirtier than it has EVER been AFTER they cleaned it...apparently with muddy shoes on...When I called to have the service fixed, they said someone would be there three separate times and no one shoe up. Then, they sent angry cleaners to my front door who yelled at me for complaining. I had to ask them to leave my property! Then it took SIX requests to get my house key back...they DO NOT return phone calls, they DO NOT communicate well, DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!! I've never had such anxiety over a service before in my life!

The client did make us aware of the issues during our second visit there. The shower pan and basement floor were sub par according to the client. We tried to return the next day to address the issue and according to the techs, the client was rude to them and she asked them to leave. In my discussion with the client afterwards the client said they were rude to her. I apologized for the behavior and explained to her that I needed to do some research to determine what actually went on. In that time lapse I have been dated in returning her due to my own medical emergency. The client requested her key back and she received it, promptly. In the future it would be recommended that instead if bring hasty in assumptions, that patience is beneficial especially when fact gathering by the other party. We take each and every complaint seriously, but we work through the problem with purpose and solution, even if it takes a few extra days to report back.

Jo Ann was great when, keyword, I spoke with her. Her back office staff were deplorable -- calls never returned, phones never answered. Scheduling was a disaster. Didn't come on scheduled date, no return call as to why. Finally showed up 3 weeks later and I had to send the cleaner away due to the back office's incompetence. I felt bad for the cleaning crew! There is clearly a problem with communication! Finally, I gave them a second chance before going out of town. Could not get a call back for the longest time. The people who came did a respectable job, but neither Joann nor her staff answered the phone that day to take payment. 2.5 weeks later they called demanding payment -- excuse me but you refused to answer your phones or call me that same day. Would not recommend, would not use again.

This client was serviced 6 months ago and we just received a request to quote. ?? We did have an issue with arriving on the initial date...client lives near the VA hospital and the only parking available is street meter parking. It is it feasible to expect cleaning staff to drive around the block for an extended amount of time to wait for a spot to open up. We attempted several times throughout the day to contact the client (who was in class) and when we finally connected we explained the situation. We rescheduled service and again ran into the same issue. Again we reached out, but due to the clients school and travel schedule, it took several attempts on both parties part to connect. No solution to the parking issie was offered and despite receiving a service calendar and email confirmations that went unanswered, It made no sense to continue service as we typically will make 3 attempts to reach out. Though client was service payment was not received. At no time was the client badgered as indicated. In the future please keep in mind that the ease of parking and hauling equipment to your door is as important to your service tech as it is for you to receive the service you requested.

I live in Massillon and hired Jo Ann's to do a deep cleaning of my house since I am recovering from surgery and have been laid p for several months. She responded within hours with a quote recommending their fall cleaning service and referred me to her website so I could see what all was included in the fall cleaning. We scheduled a home consult for the following week with her operations rep for this area Amanda. Amanda was pleasant, professional, she went over everything that would be done and answered all of my questions. It took about a week or so to get on the schedule but I thing that was because this was more than just a regular cleaning. The fall cleaning would take about 8 hours so they would be sending 2 people to tackle it in 4 hours. Amanda and the second lady arrived right on time and dove right in. We had a lot of dust in the house from construction while I was laid up so they took the time to wash down everything. In total they were here for almost 5 hours. They went above and beyond to get my house back in order so i wouldn't have to worry about it while I recover. Thank you Jo Ann, Amanda and Amanda's teammate!
