Les from LPM Equities was outstanding. I had several quotes for new apron installation and his pricing was honest and fair. In addition to pouring a new concrete apron, Les built a brick roadside mailbox. All I can say is wow!! I picked out the multi colored stone I liked and Les found some beautiful stone that he used to design address blocks for the side. Les created my address blocks by hand and I was amazed. The craftsmanship and design was A+. Hard to find someone who takes so much pride in their work. While working on my mailbox, several people stopped to see his work. They complimented him on the work and some asked him to build one for them as well. Cleaned up job site very well. Will definitely hire Les from LPM Equities again and will recommend him to others. Great contractor!

LPM Equities poured a new concrete patio, built steps down to the patio and added a concrete slab onto our driveway for trash bins. Les had great communication and was affordable. I absolutely love our new look and can't thank them enough. I highly recommend LPM Equities. They do quality work, are always here on time when they say they will be, worked quickly and efficiently and I feel that they went above and beyond to put our yard back together after the project was complete. We look forward to working with you in the future when needed.

We feel so fortunate to have found Les to complete a few home improvement projects around our house. We have not been so lucky with contractors in the past we are always hesitant when seeking out workers. From the beginning, Les was very responsive, listened to what we wanted, was respectful of our budget and most of all a hard worker with an amazing work ethic. Most days he’d be here for 10 hours working, even in the cold and snow. I also found Les to be very trustworthy. He kept us in the loop of everything he did, even taking pictures under our crawl space to show us how he filled in gaps. He was 100% transparent in everything and definitely put our mind at ease that were were getting quality work. Also, we have an old farmhouse with many many quirks. This didn’t impede Les’ work one bit. He handled them like a champ. You will not regret hiring Les. We enjoyed having him at our house and can’t wait to have him come back for future projects.
