RTS made my winter wonderland a reality! Excellent job on Govee light install and assembling my lawn ornaments. They answered all of my questions and were very helpful all around. They came out time scheduled and finished the job same day. I had an excellent experience.

I was in desperate need of new basement stairs, they were literally falling apart. And when I found RTS property services online he seemed very guenioun and so I set up an appointment. He came out the next day and gave me a very good estimate. I was so happy when the following day he showed up and got right to work. The stairs were finished the same day. And he even installed a hand rail. Now I'm safe to go down the stairs. I'm so happy and grateful.

Installed a wood fence in my backyard. Paid around $8900 for it. The back portion of the fence was poorly installed and we had concerns but we were told there shouldn’t be any issues. After a year the back portion of the fence is getting worse. Ryan was told multiple times about this. He finally showed up in July and agreed that it needed to be replaced and that they struggled installing that whole section of the fence. He told me he would be back out within the week to fix the issue. It’s been 2 months and I haven’t heard back from any of the texts or phone calls. Will look into small claims court now. Very shady business. Stay away
