- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have flat rates for most of our services, we do not charge by the hour. Customers requesting recurring cleaning services will be offered a discount rate of 15%.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
W.W. Cleaning Services LLC typical process in working with new customers is to first assess the property being cleaned either by going out to the property where the service is to be carried out, or over the phone with the customer. Next I prepare an invoice which will be sent to the customer for approval. If the customer agrees with our price, there are several forms I send to the customer to be filled out. As soon as the completed forms are returned to me along with payment, the customer's appointment is then locked in. All my payments from customers are expected up front, one of the reasons my company is bonded in the state of Ohio, to assure the customer that services will be carried out per our agreement, and provide them with peace of mind.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Myself, and all of my team have been trained and certified in janitorial cleaning of residential and commercial cleaning.
