We hired Chris to do dual bathroom remodels and were immediately impressed with his professional demeanor and approach to the project. His thorough quote, which allows you to work with a budget, helped us get a sense of the itemized expenses and be a part of the project. Throughout the project we were grateful for his professional attitude in treating our home with respect and keeping us updated on the progress as well as the budget. We were very happy with the quality of the finished bathrooms. We were disappointed that the project went over the anticipated completion date without explanation or a shift in working hours to stay on track. I would absolutely hire Chris again and just make sure we had clear communication on expectations and deadlines. At the end of the project he will hand you all receipts, itemized expenses and overview of project which was organized and appreciated. I would recommend Chris to friends and family.

We had an excellent experience working with Platinium Construction on the design and construction of a major kitchen remodel. We really appreciated the thorough design process. Unlike some companies that want to go straight to construction, Chris Gallo worked with us to evaluate alternative configurations for our new kitchen, options for laundry rooms, bathrooms, and walk-in closets. This attention to the planning and design process helped ensure a smooth construction. We lived in our home during construction, and Chris was very accommodating of our needs - for instance by providing clean-room mats to help minimize tracking in dust to the portion of house we were living in. They also helped ensure that we had laundry facilities throughout the process, which we really appreciated. We had very few change orders, and Platinium Construction was very accommodating regarding changing small things during construction without nickel and diming us. The end product looks wonderful, and we never experienced any of the horror stories that some of our friends and relatives went through when remodeling. We would definitely recommend Chris and we would work with him again. Thanks...

My wife and I hired Chris Gallo to rehab the two bathrooms in our house. Based on what we wanted in the new bathrooms, Chris demoed the existing baths down to the studs. His planning of the demo and reconstruction was systematic and detailed. As I watched the progression of each bath being rebuilt, it became clear that Chriss work is meticulous, careful, and thorough. Since I was home for most of the rebuild, I asked Chris numerous questions as he reconstructed our bathrooms; he was always willing to explain in detail what he was doing and, more importantly, why he was doing it in the way he did. Given sufficient notice, Chris also works with design revisions; he is not unswervingly tied to the original plan. My wife changed several design features in her bathroom; Chris was able to accommodate the changes without altering the work he had already accomplished. Chris, moreover, has a sense of design that he incorporates into the tile work he does. Last, he communicated clearly when he would be at the house and what he wanted to accomplish while he was there. With the exception of work being slowed when a vanity did not arrive when the supplier said it would, the reconstruction of the bathrooms went smoothly and was begun and finished in a timely manner. Under Chriss design and reconstruction, both bathrooms are now contemporary and enjoyable to use. We would hire Chris again without hesitation.
