They were great! They removed the carpet from my living/dining room in a timely manner and cleaned up afterwards. They also moved the furniture and put it all back when they were done.

These guys were responsive and friendly. They answered all my questions and were flexible and easy to schedule quickly to remove multiple varieties of flooring (tile, fake tile, and carpet) in order to install LVF and transition strips and they were able to dispose of the old carpet. They even dealt with my mother as the point person since I was out of town - so give them extra bonus points for degree of difficulty!! 😂

Tim and his crew were great! I hired Tim to remove old carpet from my bedrooms, and his work was fast and yet very professional. Tim explained in detail of how he will remove the carpet, and he hauled it away. He brought his own supplies to clean up any debris, and provided advice on how I should care for the hardwood floors that were underneath the carpet. I highly recommend this company, and would hire again.

This contractor took payment for labor and materials, started demolition and partial work, then abandoned the project and left my rental unit unfinished, damaged, and not rentable. Materials purchased for this job using my credit card were stolen by his workers instead of being used for the project. I have receipts, photos, videos, and a police report documenting the missing materials and the condition of the unit. This caused major financial loss, including labor paid, stolen materials, and lost rental income/mortgage costs while the unit remained vacant. I would not recommend this business.

On day of installation, team arrived early and ready to work. Very detailed oriented and efficient work. Took the time to speak with my insurance company in regard to some damages. Definitely recommend for future jobs. Also, fast communication.
