Dave was so wonderful and treated me with the most respect no matter how many questions I asked him through the entire process. Words cannot explain how informative he was and how at ease he made me feel. He looked at everything every nook and cranny. He gives you tips and advice on how to fix things as he goes in the most cost-effective way to do it. He's very friendly and is a good people person. I really feel like he educated me very thoroughly about stuff that didn't even have to do with Home inspection. He made the process so easy for me and was more than willing to meet on my own time frame that worked for my schedule. He delivers on his commitment of getting you the report in the time he specified. The report is detailed an awesome and even has pictures of what he's talking about. I hadn't noticed him really taking pictures as we are going and was surprised at how He's a really wonderful guy and if I ever bought a new home I would just go right back to this company. I feel you get more than what you pay for with just how nice and helpful Dave is. I remember trying to find a Home Inspector and getting all these reviews and being overwhelmed and I seen that he had good feedback and went with them. But truly I can't explain how wonderful this experience was and I really feel anyone looking for Home Inspector should just hire this company. Find a home is stressful and I really feel like Dave educated me to help me know I was making a good decision! Thanks Dave you are awesome! Dave was amazing and very detailed he went over everything. Even gave us a honey do list with a guide to help us. Please this is definitely not one of those you get what you pay for this is excellence at an affordable price. I have recommended him to friends and family you won't find a better home inspector than Dave.
