- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The fee for one time clean is $60 an hour $57 per hour for weekly or biweekly or monthly plus sales tax for a 2 person team with a minimum of 2 hours.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask questions about what is important to them and set our focus on that goal and we do our best to keep weekly and bi-weekly customers to 2-3 hrs per appointment if at all possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have experience in commercial cleaning at college dorms, a hospital and working for residential cleaning company.
