Jacky was great! She was responsive got back to me quickly. I was very embarrassed and overwhelmed by the state of my house but she just said there’s no reason to be and she got to work! She did a great job cleaning, so much so that I’ve decided a one time clean will become a monthly thing :) She also organized things as she cleaned which I really needed.
