I have been using them for the entire summer and they are always early. They do offer other services on top if they see that it is needed. I never know that they have even been here until I see that my lawn has a fresh cut. I am so appreciative that they are available on such short notice

I will be honest. The scheduling was great and I did have someone schedule me very quickly. The problem is that my yard can be challenging and needs to have more than a push mower. Someone came out on Wednesday with two push mowers. I specially had said that the clippings needed to be taken away but they were left on the yard. He did come out the next day and I spoke to him saying that push mowers were not good. He acknowledged that but he left the clippings on the yard. He also didn’t let me know he was coming back. I work from home and saw him in the back yard from my Ring camera. That is when I spoke to him. I did now request a new pro who I think will be able to handle it They are very responsive

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our quoting is highly dependent on the customer providing us an accurate depiction of the condition of their property, the type of job requested, and our ability to inspect the yard using satellite imagery. We are able to provide a discount to customers who book regular services with us to help keep their yards maintained and healthy during the entire growing season!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We provide all customers with a quote for service in advance of visiting their property. Once a quote is accepted, a highly trained and experienced lawn care tech is dispatched to the customer’s property to complete the work. Our goal is to provide a high level of customer service that leaves both yards sparkling and our customer smiling! In the rare event that a job needs to be rescheduled or re-quoted, we openly communicate all options to the customer in a transparent and low-pressure manner. Payment for most jobs is only required once the job is complete and the customer is completely satisfied!
