- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price small moving jobs (1-5) with an exact quote based on the addresses, floor levels, and the items being moved. Larger moving jobs are priced hourly. Assembly jobs are priced based on the specific model. We accept cash as well as credit cards and cash app for a 3% processing fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to speak directly with customer via call/text/email. I will get all the necessary information and provide the customer with a quote and our availability. Every situation is unique and there can be a variety of different questions. I am here to make sure all your questions get answered and you are 100% comfortable with everything before we get you scheduled.
