FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing has no surprise fees, so customers won't have to worry about paying additional fees for processing or editing digital media. Pricing has built-in editing/prep time (an 8-hour shoot for a photographer is about 20 business hours to present deliverables). You'd only pay more for print items or special graphics work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to set a baseline with new clients. (Wow! That's sounds so stale, but trust the process.) I will establish a customer-preferred, form of communication to start asking questions about their desired shoot. These questions will help me summarize the gear, lens, etc I'll need to employ to meet their needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've worked in broadcast television for over 32 years. More than 31 have been in the production department. I'm very familiar with all types of video cameras, lights, and audio equipment. Don't let the years listed as a photographer fool you, I am a seasoned professional!
