FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge per hour per individual case and diagnosis. I accept cash, credit card, PayPal and HSA/FSA is accepted.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Listening to the client's needs is of utmost importance. Making the client feel comfortable and confident that I can provide them with what they need is imperative. A thorough medical history and lifestyle questionnaire is vitally important with new clients. This is the basis where all physical results will follow.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I earned my Master of Science in Sports Science/Coaching-Exercise Physiology. My Bachelor degree is in Athletic Training for Sports Medicine. I completed a Graduate Assistantship with the University of Akron School of Dance and worked side by side with Dr. Joseph Congeni (Team Physician/Medical Director Akron Children's Hospital). I am a graduate of the Cleveland Institute of Medical Massage (900 clinical and classroom hours). I have been working in my field for over 15 years treating a wide array of athletes, patients and clients of all ages. Treatment includes massage therapy and therapeutic exercise for musculoskeletal injuries. As a Licensed Healthcare professional I am required to have Continuing Educational Units every year (national and state) to stay current with new research and practicing techniques.
