Brian is a wonderful nutritionist, but I consider him more of a life coach. He helped me get to the root of some issues that I have been dealing with for a long time. Issues that had manifested in my relationship with food. I successfully lost 16 lbs. and feel much better. Best of all he tailored my experience just for me and my needs. I appreciated working with Brian over the last 3 months. Dedication is required on your part to be honest in your goals, lifestyle, and progress - but he is a partner with you through this. I was able to lose about 10 lbs by myself, but Brian helped me break through the plateau I was experiencing & with his assistance, I have lost an additional 20 lbs. I felt like I have learned a lot about both nutrition and exercise that works well for me. Eliav, It's been great leading you through the changes you've made to your health. As a busy student focused on your studies and career development, it would be easy to fall into the trappings of "too busy" or "too tired" to get in the workouts you have implemented on or actually planning and preparing your own food. You are now in the drivers seat with how you can create the body you want.
If you are looking for someone to hand you a "diet plan" and a grocery list...don't work with Brian! But if you are looking to LEARN about nutrition and lifestyle changes that can make an impact in the long run, then Brian is a perfect coach for you! I really enjoyed understanding the value and limits of different food groups which will help me so much in the future as I work on my health. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?There are a number of different services I can offer from online training to private 1 on 1 training. It depends on your goals and what plan works best for you. We will go over in detail what will work best for your time and budget to get you started and meeting your goals as quickly as possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?First thing first is a phone call to see if we are a good fit for each other. I only work with people I believe I can help and are more than willing to put their share of effort towards the goal. Following the conversation, we then pick a date to start working together. We are off to the race to get to their goal as fast as possible. Quality coaching and communication are delivered along the way to ensure that you reach your goal.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am required by my certifications to constantly learn new ways of training and refining nutrition strategies to help people lose weight or gain muscle. I spend hundreds of dollars a year learning and educating myself to stay up with current information.
