- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am currently offering a free first workout thru March 31st. I also offer discounts for small group training (2-3 individuals). Sessions are 30, 45 or 60 minutes in duration. There is no contract!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always begin with a free consultation to get to know the individual and allow them to ask me any questions. If it seems like a good fit, I will have the prospective client fill out a health questionnaire which includes his or her goals. After some baseline testing, I develop a program which will best meet the goals of the individual and we then get to work. The program is always specific to the clients availability and budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified Personal Trainer and Health Coach through the American Council On Exercise and hold a Masters Degree in Exercise Science. I have specialty certifications in senior fitness and weight management.
