My services include: * Tennis coaching - I am a serve specialist. I can teach you to serve a tennis ball and take control of your match and win your serve most of the time! * ACE personal trainer - I focus on seniors ages 55 and up. I teach balance, strength and rest and recovery training. * Dancing mindfulness - You will learn to tap into your inner strength, and let go of negative energy. Classes are available for personal and business groups. * Reiki Services - If you have table, I will travel or you can come to me!
