* ACE personal trainer - I focus on seniors ages 55 and up. I teach balance, strength and rest and recovery training.
* Dancing mindfulness - You will learn to tap into your inner strength, and let go of negative energy. Classes are available for personal and business groups.
* Reiki Services - If you have table, I will travel or you can come to me!
