- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We researched our highest competitor’s prices, and beat them. All while providing the best equipment in the business and providing the best customer service. Ask about our weekly special! This could mean a free service hour, a free memory book, or both!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After a customer inquires with us, they can expect a questionnaire to be sent to them for just a few extra details. From there, we discuss which package works best and makes the most sense FOR YOU. A proposal is sent to the customer to review, sign, and make a small deposit. Then, the fun stage! Planning! We choose your backdrop and design your template together.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Before starting photo booths, I was a photographer. So, I know what needs to go into a great photo, and that’s a quality camera and studio lighting. I provide both!
