- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm always checking the Internet for the latest tools or materials to make each job as efficient as possible, as well as getting advice from others that do the same work as I do.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
My son and I installed all new plumbing in a customers basement after her copper pipes were stolen. It was an overwhelming experience for her and she believed that she would never be able to afford to have it fixed. We ended up saving her nearly $1,500 and still added several new features to her plumbing.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Word of mouth is usually the best way to find someone. It's nice knowing that someone you know has had a good experience with the person you've never met. One of the nice features here is being able to read the comments that previous customers have written, and also being able to talk to several contractors beforehand.
