I only have experience through the quoting process at this point, but the technician was knowledgeable and professional. The quote addressed the items we discussed. That's batting 1000 in my estimation. Hopefully, the install will go as smoothly as the quoting. I wish your schedule was more open, but that's not on you - that's just my wishful thinking.

D&L are awesome! I first worked with Geoff, who visited my home to understand the work and put together a quote. I was looking for multiple cat6 cable runs as well as POE cameras and access points installed. Geoff helped me understand possible points of concern and was honest about what placements might not be a good idea (I appreciate an expert telling me "no" - sometimes I just don't know!).After the site visit, a quote was sent to me. I realized I wanted to do some of the work myself, and worked with them on a revised quote. They were quick to answer questions and it was an easy experience getting to an agreed upon scope of work and scheduling the actual install. They were also fine with me choosing my own equipment (Reolink POE cameras and Unifi APs), and were very helpful in making sure I had the right components prior to the install.On install day, Geoff and Chris came to my home. I was glad to know Geoff was involved since he had already visited the site. They both executed their work professionally - they were clean, quick, communicative, and respectful of me, my pets, and my home.I would highly recommend D&L and look forward to working with them on future projects.

These guys are great. I needed to wire my townhome with ethernet and Jacob came out, gave me an accurate estimate and efficiently scheduled follow up installation date.Geoff and Chris worked with me during the install to make sure I was happy with their wiring/routing choices.Overall very happy with the service, thanks D&L!

Great experience from start to finish! Geoff came out and gave us an estimate on an outdoor camera system for a home we just bought. He asked all the right questions and was able to give us the perfect system for our family. He explained what would work for my home and things that wouldn’t work, he found solutions for! The price was the best of the estimates I had gotten and the work was top notch! Timeline was explained from the start and he was right one time with everything. When Geoff and Chris came out they worked hard to make sure everything look professional and still get the best coverage of the area with each camera. Couldn’t be happier and would recommend to anyone.

Chris and Jake were fantastic! We especially appreciated them planning their tactics to tackle the cable run challenges before starting their work. They were extremely careful and meticulous with every detail. After all the Ubiquiti/UniFi equipment was in place, they tested everything and spent time reviewing the software and hardware configuration with me. We are so grateful that we went with D&L Communications! From quotation to job completion, Jake kept us well informed. We would highly recommend them for residential and/or commercial installations!!!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to start with a in home estimate. Gives us the opportunity to work with you and see what is the best way to get the job done for you. Then we will send you off an estimate to get the job done the way we have discussed.
