David Drake says, "At the end of summer, we had a capacitor go bad in our AC unit which was built in 1989. Quality heating and cooling came in and was fast and easy to work with.I just replaced the part needed at the time but they did quote me a whole house AC and furnace system. we decided we couldnt go with that at the moment, even though it was a very good fair price.Winter came and all in one day I heard a humming noise and after the in-home inspection turns out it was a furnace. Capacitor has gone bad and they checked the condenser with a camera and seen a crack.It was time to replace the whole unit including the AC and the furnace.I was really impressed with them even though we didnt go with the prior quote they reacted very quickly and treated us with the upmost respect.I feel this company really does care about their customers and what they think. You can tell that its not only a company, but Its family friendly It seems to be running like a family owned business. from Raven, setting up the appointment to the install of Donnie and Colin and the prior quote from Fred, you guys have an amazing team and Im so happy that I went with the whole house system from you. I appreciate each and everyone of you and so does my family now we can rest assure that we are going to have a smooth winter and a smooth spring and summer in the upcoming years. My home still had a very old furnace and AC unit, and unfortunately, the AC finally gave out on me. *sigh* I reached out to Pavlo the next morning - he responded to my request quickly, and was at my house the same day (was even able to work around my schedule). He diagnosed the issue, which was the compressor, and naturally, because the AC was older, the part that needed replaced is no longer made. Pavlo offered me an upgrade for a furnace/ac combo at an incredibly reasonable price. He was honest, worked quickly and efficiently, was very courteous and mindful and cleaned up very well.
