- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies per customer request.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
There are three steps to our 'New Customer' process. 1. Conducting a client interview; This interview will consist of a meet and greet with our chef and the client. We like for our customers to feel as if they've known us for a life time. Our chef will tell you a little about him/her self, and answer any questions. After, he/she will ask about your event, budget, menu, dietary restrictions etc. 2. would be our menu planning process; After conducting the interview, your chef wI'll work with our team of professionals to create a fresh menu for your review. In direct contact with you our client to make any necessary changes. Once a decision is made and the final menu has been revised and agreed upon, we will follow with out third step. 3. Contract; Once a menu is decided upon and the price is set, we will follow with signing our contract and proceed into you event .
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Culinarian of 6 years, graduating from The Lorain County Culinary Academy, and attending The Le Cordon Bleu, Orlando. I have trained under some of Clevelands most passionate and intuitive chefs in local restaurants such as Deagans and Nemo Grille. I have prepared over 7 menus, all used in different restaurants, and have opened a total of 3.
