Ben and his sons are a class act. Great service. Even cleaned the gutter on the patio for us. Best critique is that we intend to use them again next year. Would highly recommend.

This was actually my first experience at hiring a window washer! I had no idea what storm windows were or what to expect, but Ben was super cool with handling all my questions. They arrived on time, did a great job, and was thorough. One good example was when Ben accidentally missed this one skinny window in my 1st floor bathroom that was tucked away in a corner that was quite dark (with blinds shut). However, his son caught it from washing the exterior and made sure that it was taken care of. Sure enough Ben came back and told me about it and finished it up. So you can totally tell that they take pride in their work and their goal is to do things right and not cut corners. I would certainly hire them again because of this!

I will be hiring Reliable Windows again. Benny and his crew did an excellent job. I have security wires in each window and it is a more difficult process. The windows have never looked cleaner. Benny was professional, courteous and I felt very comfortable having him and his crew in my home. I highly recommend their services.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not have a standard pricing. We like communicating with our customers to work within their budget, However we are running a special for $225.00 up to 25 windows cleaned inside and out.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Always respond to a phone call, greet the customer by name and thank them for the call, ask them how many windows in their project, tell them about the special offers that we have and always work out a price that is fair within their budget.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My Background is in Business Management, Running a business and working with people is what makes our business grow!
