- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to keep my pricing fair and competitive. I'm a 1 man show, so my pricing is usually cheaper than some of the bigger guys with several employees. I refuse to overcharge customers just because I can.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Working with new clients always starts with a free, scheduled estimate. During this time I will walk the area needed for the project and answer as many questions as I can while taking my own notes that I will need to build the estimate. I will then discuss the desired type of remodel(face-lift, luxury, etc) and build the estimate based on what you, the customer, is looking for.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with all types of customers from retired folks on fixed incomes to younger customers looking to update their homes.
