- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer 15% discounts for weekly cleans. 10% for bi-weekly cleans and 5% discounts for monthly cleans.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I can be emailed or reached by telephone for appointments, quotes, and cleaning contracts. Once contacted we will go over the process of going further with the services we provide and the steps we take.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a high school graduate. I have 3 children that I clean around the clock after. I also have my business license for my cleaning company.
