Good overall experience with Tyler. Would work with him again. We did run into a few issues, as you would expect with any installation. He had good communication and problem solving skills through these issues. The biggest gap was estimation of materials needed. They ran out of both the flooring and didn't count risers correctly. A little better planning could have saved his crew a few hours and me an extra trip to the store.
