If you just follow through. Don't waste time for your customers. Both my partner and my tenant lost wages taking a day off to meet with you. This isn't a way to conduct business. I am in the property management business. For over 3o years I have dealt with technicians. I haven't been asked to pay upfront but once. You made a poor decision to not follow through. It's okay. Next time you can reflect on this situation and make a better decision. No call was made to us and i never refused payment. I booked you, you didn't show. I uploaded the proof. You were dishonest, told me that your thumbtack was shut down. Stop throwing back cocktails and service the tickets you agree too. If you choose the lesser, get out of the way for someone with respect. Your wasting time and it reflects on Thumbtack. scheduled with technician for an emergency service call for Saturday. he accepted and we messaged back and forth. HE NEVER SHOWED. never even called or messaged or even return my call. it was an imperative situation. thanks to thumbtack i was able to find a new tech. BAD COMMUNICATION AND BAD ethics

I’m not sure where the disconnect was but when I talked to you on Friday you said you was out of town and you gave me the number to the tenant as well as your phone number. I told you and every landlord tenant situation the service charge of $59 have to be paid upfront to schedule and that did not happen We also tried to call before we would head out there to make sure that someone would be available so we called your tenant with no answer then we waited 15 minutes and called again with still no response but again the $59 service fee was never paid upfront as we require for all landlord tenant situation’s and we also require the customer to answer the phone when we call before we start heading to your head. Hope this helps.
