I hired Alex as my project manager to oversee and coordinate all the design, construction and marketing details to prepare my house to list on the market. Her help was crucial since I was scheduled to depart overseas as a missionary in four months from the date of my hiring her, I was taking PhD classes online and I had to go to Chicago for four weeks to get certified as an English teacher to aid in my missionary work. Alex did a great job for me. She was able to quickly find contractors to get my house up to speed for sale, and then found a very motivated and interested buyer. Going well above and beyond, since I was downsizing considerably (I can only take two suitcases overseas) she helped me sort through my house and separate what I wanted to store (and she helped me pack), held a garage sale for me for what could be sold and helped dispose of the rest to charities or other worthy organizations. Trying to finish my PhD classes, downsize and move is stressful enough, Alex definitely helped keep my stress to a minimum.
