- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All pricing displayed is for estimation purposes only. The final price is based on how long our team spends at your property. Before booking or confirming your cleaning appointment we'll go over a specific list of questions based on the type of cleaning you require and charge 50% of the estimated amount to schedule service. If the job takes more/less time than estimated, we'll advise you and update the remaining balance to reflect the total amount of time spent at your property.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before booking or confirming your cleaning appointment we'll go over a specific list of questions based on the type of cleaning you require. In some cases we'll preform an in person estimate. Our job is to ensure we understand your needs to know we are the right fit for your home or business. We require a deposit equal to 50% of the estimated cost and a credit card on file in order to book an appointment. The final cost of the cleaning is based upon the actual time spent at your property. We do our absolute best to provide to most accurate estimate ahead of time based on average cleaning times. However, in order to do great work, the original estimated time may increase due to the level of cleaning required for each unique or individual situation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
At housemates we have 10+ years of combined house and commercial cleaning experience and 30+ years of medical advisory experience specializing in disinfection and sanitation. We provide the most current and industry-leading cleaning techniques and processes while using the best EPA Green Registered products available to ensure your home or business is clean and sanitary without the use of harsh or harmful chemicals.
