Introduction: There are some amazing designers out there! I never want to say I am "better" than the next designer. We all learn and grow from one another and each designer has a unique flare to add to their work. That is where I stand out. I have my own unique way to work and I am constantly challenging my style and work to be a better designer. I have a knack for page layout and an eye for brand identity. I have a marketing and business background which helps to gain a unique perspective on what a business needs from a design. It is never about making something pretty (although that is important!); it is about creating a message that speaks to what the business offers and maintains continuity of the brand itself. This is the flare I bring to the table. I understand you have a business that needs an identity. I am here to show that identity to the world. I love creating the visual! For me, design is like giving someone a makeover (yes, I am a girl so I will think in terms of hair and shopping! Admit it guys... you like it too!) You start with a look you want to achieve and you begin to build pieces together, a new shirt, shoes, pants, hair color, makeup... before you know you it, you have an exterior to match the identity you feel you are on the inside! THAT is fun! Being able to design and visually push a message, identity, or brand is exciting to me.

Jennifer is a breath of fresh air! She is an artist through and through, her ideas and designs were new, creative and just gorgeous! She knew exactly what I wanted even when I couldn't quite put it all into words. I gave her my small ideas and she ran with it, not only creating for me exactly what I wanted but so far beyond my expectations of what my non designer mind had thought of! I was blown away, many of my guests asked me who my designer was and how they could get in contact with her as well! I could not ask for anyone better. She was completely professional as well, she had my samples before I expected them and made plenty of copies for myself and my guests for keepsakes. You will not be dissapointed with this new up incoming designer! I know I will be going to Jennifer for all my future designing needs!

I am constantly reading on the latest design trends, techniques, and skills to continue developing my design skills.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Keep the lines of communication open but trust your designer! You hire us for a reason. If the designer you hired cannot explain why they made a design a certain way (their logic and reason behind their choices) then you should reevaluate your work with them if they are not understanding your needs. This includes me! I try to be upfront with my clients and explain why I decided on a design and if it is not the desired results, we will do all we can to communicate and resolve the issue. Communication is key and we need to do our best to understand one another! Oh... and PLEASE do not make a designer use clip are or comic sans font. That is a sure fire way to slowly kill our souls.
