I am constantly reading on the latest design trends, techniques, and skills to continue developing my design skills.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Keep the lines of communication open but trust your designer! You hire us for a reason. If the designer you hired cannot explain why they made a design a certain way (their logic and reason behind their choices) then you should reevaluate your work with them if they are not understanding your needs. This includes me! I try to be upfront with my clients and explain why I decided on a design and if it is not the desired results, we will do all we can to communicate and resolve the issue. Communication is key and we need to do our best to understand one another! Oh... and PLEASE do not make a designer use clip are or comic sans font. That is a sure fire way to slowly kill our souls.
