The first step is asking the customer what kind of noise they’re having if they noticed any damage to the exterior of the property if they’re hearing at nighttime or daytime to describe the noise, that helps us determine what animal we are dealing with or an idea of the location where they’re hearing the noise. The second step is going out to the property doing an exterior inspection as well as an interior inspection when we do the inspection we are looking for tunnels and the insulation droppings any table visible openings and sometimes we come across the animal itself while we are in the attic, based on the initial inspection, let us determine what what animal you are dealing with and what specific traps are needed or one way doors are to be set, upon that inspection we are able to provide estimates for any repairs prevention or remediation that is needed, once all of the animals have been removed then we begin repairs to prevent any future animal activity
