- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is currently based on standard area labor prices and the difficulty of the job. Material is paid for by the customer. I currently do not offer discounts, however you can ask upon arrival or completion. I charge for consultation phone call time. Never exceeding $50. May be waived depending on simplicity of project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Consultation (Virtual or Phone Call). 2. Face to face conversation upon arrival, possibly a tour. 3. Perform the work. 4. Project completion follow up to ensure correct installation and need to know information is clarified.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Electrical Engineer Degree from University of Cincinnati Panel upgrade and circuit breaker installation. Wire multiple appliances. Customer service experience.
