This band was incredible. Great combination of vocal and musical talent. One comment heard several times was that this band played some of their favorite hits that are not always heard or performed by other bands. Like the Record gets top marks.

Danny's drum beats are awesome to the ears. I was simply amazed. Their entire band (Like The Record) is full of enthusiasm all the time, love their music. :)

FAQs

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

We play weddings, showers, graduations, proms, bar/bat mitzvahs, Sweet 16s, corporate events and more. Anywhere you gather guests within 500 miles of Cleveland, Akron and Columbus, we'™re available to provide your favorite songs, just the way you remembered them from the past.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would say if you can, go and listen to the band before you chose, most wedding bands I've seen don't pay attention to sound quality, they're either to loud and the guest can't have a comfortable conversation, distorted, bad sound mix..etc. I believe this (and cost of course), is one of the main reasons more people thend to use DJ's. The cost of hiring a live dance/wedding band isn't as bad as you think if you can keep greedy booking agents out of the picture. I also don't like it when bands plays a song we all know and love and try to make it their own by changing it...I don't know about you but, I like my steak a certain way and I'm not changing it.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

The difficulty of musicians to make a good living these days.
