Forest City Builders is a family-owned and owner-operated company. We have been serving the Cleveland area for over twenty years and are proud to call ourselves a Cleveland-based company.
Cleveland is redeveloping, and we are excited to see what comes with all the changes! We offer in-house blueprint drawings and interior design to all our clients. With each job, we take time to understand each customer's needs, expectations, and deadlines. Many customers have expressed that we have positively changed their views of contractors. Our "secret" is simple; we are an honest company and feel it is essential to communicate with our customers.

I have worked with Contractors for the entirety of my career, never have I been so impressed. Stefan and his team exhibit, professionalism, integrity, strong work ethic and transparency. He transformed our home and built an addition for our parents to live under our care. Stefan and his team are currently working on a project at our restaurant, he will be our forever builder!
