- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer 5 phases of weight loss which are all priced differently based on the amount of support and weight needed to lose.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Gathering information about their lifestyle and eating habits, behaviors. Get a history on the client, of their gaining time. Understand their goals, and then create a regiment and plan for them to follow to help achieve it. I then will follow up with them weekly with results that week so far, and provide education on nutrition and weight loss.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working in nutrition and weight loss for 10 years and I have ran my own clinic, holding 160 client at a given time. I have also struggled with my weight, so I can relate on a personal level. I have attending seminars and workshop as well as continuing education. I am a certified medical assistant as well.
