- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes our standard rate for a remote session is $35 we will inform you if it will cost any more there will be NO surprises guaranteed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will let you know what we are doing in simple easy to understand terms you will not have to break out a technical manual to figure what we are talking about. Our main goal, other than fixing he issue is you comfort and trust.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
AAS degree University of Akron Akron Ohio. Self educated in PC repair. If it's broken I can fix it.
