- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We understand that our customers are looking for a great value to match amazing quality, and we value our bond with our customers. You will not find quality work like ours anywhere and our prices will keep you coming back. We also offer senior and military discounts when applicable and please ask about our warranties, coupons and flyers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In order to evaluate your interior and exterior needs, we like to get to know each and every one of our customers. We will start with your contact info such as your name, address and phone number. Then we will ask a few basic questions about the project before setting an appointment to complete an estimate. This is the part where we get to shake your hand and get a more visual idea of the project. We will take some notes and measurements and get back to you within a few days and then we can proceed from there with pricing and scheduling.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing masonry(apprenticeship), landscape, hardscape(apprenticeship) and indoor/outdoor construction (apprenticeship) for about 20 years. We are in compliance with the Better Business Bureau and various city and district Building Departments. Quality work is guaranteed.
