First, to level-set, I don’t typically leave reviews but I felt compelled to do so now. I haven’t been a customer very long and yet I’ve been impressed with the professionalism, quality of work, and the communication that Kenny provides. During the snow storm that Cleveland just had, and even after having already worked 10 hours, Kenny greeted me with a smile and actively listened intently to my feedback. Kenny from The Gutter Runners was great. Reached out, gave me a quote right away, handled addons well (gutter guards), and was extremely communicative. His team showed up on time, dealt with a weird yard situation (had to climb over a fence to get to the rear of the job site) without issue, and did a great job replacing gutters and hauling away the old gutters. No issues.
