First, to level-set, I don’t typically leave reviews but I felt compelled to do so now. During the snow storm that Cleveland just had, and even after having already worked 10 hours, Kenny greeted me with a smile and actively listened intently to my feedback. Kenny from The Gutter Runners was great. Reached out, gave me a quote right away, handled addons well (gutter guards), and was extremely communicative. His team showed up on time, dealt with a weird yard situation (had to climb over a fence to get to the rear of the job site) without issue, and did a great job replacing gutters and hauling away the old gutters. No issues.
