FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most of the time I give flat rates for each individual job. Under special circumstances, an hourly rate can be agreed upon.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would talk over the phone briefly to discuss exactly what your looking for. Then we would set up a free quote / walk through. Afterwards we would discuss cost, which I usually charge a flat rate. ( if expectations are the same each time )otherwise an hourly rate would be discussed. If agreed upto, we decide a day and time for your cleaning to start.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I don't have actual schooling on cleaning but I have something better. I grew up in a clean house and that's what I've watched my mother do as a child. I picked it up very young and have just always been a bit of a "clean freak " I've been cleaning my own house for 18 years and family for about 13 years plus another year with my cleaning business.
