Vince was fantastic! We had a mystery leak, meaning no one could figure out where it was coming from. Since it seemed to coincide with some strong rains, we called Biltmore Exteriors to see if they could find where our roof could be leaking. Vince took a look at the problem; listened to me; and then looked at the roof, ceiling, walls, etc. He determined that the water wasn't coming from the roof. Better yet, he explained how he knew that. So thankful he did, because the first thing the plumber said when he looked at the leak is ask if I had called a roofer! I told the plumber what Vince had explained to me, so the plumber kept looking ... and looking ... and looking until he finally found the cause of the mystery leak.
Now my house is dry again and I'm a huge fan of Vince and Biltmore for being kind, helpful and honest. Huge thanks!!

A great company with a very professional and fair approach. The work crew did excellent work and the cleanup afterwords was spotless. Jerry whom met me at our home for the quote was very knowledgeable, professional, fair and really listened to our concerns for the job. Jerry made sure to fit us in their busy schedule in a very reasonable time period and the job was complete within a little over a week after the acceptance of the quote. I highly recommend them.

They showed up when they said they were going to be here and did the job right! Couldn’t be happier with the work they did! I cannot say enough about Biltmore Exteriors. They have been so kind throughout the process. They completed the job in only a couple of days and were very neat and professional. They were also kind enough to finance the difference of what the insurance paid so it made it so much easier on me to get my roof replaced before the winter. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every customer and every home are unique to their own. With so many different product options and, customers individuality, it is very difficult to have a standard pricing system. We usually will offer 3 different prices with 3 grades of product. This allows you to look at quality product options and make an educated decision. Also to help you stay within your budget.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon receiving a call from a new customer we will try to set an appointment to meet with you at the job site. This is important so that we have a full understanding of what you the customer are looking to accomplish and also to discuss the many different material options. The idea is to establish a budget and a time frame for completion. Once you have selected your products we will prepare your estimate on site and discuss options.
Once a firm price has been agreed on we will immediately send all information to our production department. All order materials will be ordered. permits pulled, and an install date will be given. This is usually within 1 week from the time the agreement is made. Home owner is notified of the start date.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Biltmore Exteriors is a FIVE***** Certified Certainteed Contractor. Licensed in most counties, and Major Cities, in North Eastern Ohio.. With over 30 years in the Roofing and Siding industry our install experience and product knowledge is outstanding....
