I hate to have to say anything negative. Dustin seems like a really nice guy. He came out to repair my son's bedroom door. The hinge was stripped and the door was in great condition. I thought this should be a fairly easy fix for someone that is experienced. He tried for an hour and a half to re hang the door, and couldn't seem to figure it out. During the process he accidentally damaged the wall behind my son's door. He did offer to repair the damage. I didn't feel confident in his ability after that.
