- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
we charge $79.95 for our service fee (diagnostics and estimate) which is free if you have your appliance repaired with us
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
we schedule a 2hr window appointment for same day or what works best for the customer. most repairs are completed on the first visit.4 we keep common issue parts stocked on the truck or we have an average 1-3 day return visit to complete repairs if we or any of out supply houses dont have the part in stock. We will rush deliver the part/parts if we have to to get you repaired as quickly as possible.
