Kevin was amazing to work with. He was very responsive from my initial inquiry through the repair. He texted when he was on the way, arrived exactly on time, and in less than an hour he had fixed the issue with our dryer (which required him taking it apart, fixing the position of the idler pulley and putting it back together). There were no parts needed for this repair, and I appreciate his honesty and professionalism. I could not be happier or more impressed with Kevin’s service and if I’m ever in need of appliance repair again, he will be my first choice!
