Was expecting someone to come with a clipboard, give an estimate, then get on a waiting list. But surprisingly after some appointment confusion, Jim and Neech showed up with tools in hand ready to work. They got right to it, solved our wiring issues, which involved crawling around in the attic, cleaned up and on their way. Excellent work. Cost was inline for skilled trades work. I have to give them high marks.

Contracted to replace battery and oil warmers on generator. After 2 weeks of waiting for them to "hear back from the manufacturer", I found and ordered the needed parts from Amazon. They then scheduled me for the following Thursday between 10:00 and 11:00 am. Showed up at 12:30 pm and installed the parts. Despite the generator being the 2011 model and the parts being recommended for the 2013 - 2015 models, Jimmy got them installed and working. Very good work.

I live in Columbus and own a rental property in Fairfield so it is always a challenge to find and schedule contractors. Wirics communication and timeliness was spot on, but they were unable to diagnose the problem on the 1st visit. Told me there was not a problem on the inside electrical and that it had to be a Duke Energy and HOA problem. It was only on the 2nd visit that they figured out that it was the bad breakers and that Duke had to remove the barrel locks to get to them. Waste of $50 service fee.

Frank - Unfortunately we cannot do work on electrical service owned by Duke or the HOA for your condo. Our service call fee is charged to come out and diagnose your issue, which we did, twice.
