I just had my initial consultation with Mr. Arnold. I've been unsure what to do regarding bankruptcy and not too happy about it. After meeting with Mr. Arnold I understand much better what's needed and plan to file chapter 7 through him. Mr. Arnold was very helpful and took the time to explain everything to me--including his costs. I think he's very reasonable.

While considering whether or not to file for bankruptcy, I did some searching for bankruptcy lawyers. Jason's was one of several that came up.
I used Thumbtack to get in touch with him, and he got back to me very quickly.
First and foremost, both Jason and Greg are very easy going, non-judgmental, and genuinely warm and friendly. It's easy to feel very comfortable talking to either of them about something that's very personal and potentially embarrassing.
Second, I was impressed with how organized and on-point they were. Our initial meeting was a free consultation, and before I left, I was given a folder that explained what to expect, what to do and what not to do, and what I would need to gather for the process. It was very clear cut and easy to understand.
Third, aside from gathering all the documents I needed to start the process, they did the rest. The organizing, the filling in of blanks, the filing - everything.
I had very few questions as things were initially explained very clearly, but the few I DID have were always answered quickly - usually in just a few hours (I chose to email my questions and concerns, as it was more convenient given my work schedule).
I can honestly say I have absolutely zero complaints about Jason and Greg.
Given the circumstances, it's been a genuine pleasure!
