- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our standard rates are $50 per hour for each bartender. We always arrive 2 hours before the bar service start time. For weddings, we arrive 2 hours before the ceremony (if on same site as reception). We like to be prepared by the time ceremony starts so we don't make any disturbances. Our rates end 30 minutes after the reception or event ends for bar cleanup. Our pricing includes the following: 🍸 Certified Mobile Bartenders 🍹 Essential Bar Tools 🍷 Eco-Friendly Disposable Drinkware 🍺 Eco-Friendly Straws 🍸 Beverage Napkins 🧉 Travel Time + Expenses 🥤 General + Liquor Liability Insurance *1 bartender per 100 guests is required, if serving beer and wine only. *1 bartender per 75 guests is required, if serving beer, wine, and liquor. Our bartending services DO NOT include any alcohol or beverages.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We provide absolutely free quotes to anyone interested in bartending services. In order to send your free quote, we may have further questions for factoring your price. If you decide on our services, we will email a contract that can be e-signed and a $50 deposit to officially lock-in your date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our bartenders at Bottoms Up are experienced and state-certified in Indiana, Ohio, and Kentucky with the proper training of each state's rules, laws and liabilities on serving alcohol, how to identify and prevent intoxication, underage drinking, checking and spotting fake IDs, and how to cut someone off effectively and without being condescending.
