- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I typically charge different fees depending on the event itself and the geographical location of the event. It varies across the board. I do not overcharge for the events my company handles.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Building a permanent, valued relationship with my customers are so important to me! When a new customer comes on board, there are a lot of questions to be answered to make sure I obtain 100% satisfaction! Making sure my new customers are completely comfortable with my services has to be ensured!
