Introduction: We at the encore productions pride ourselves on being there, for all your catering needs, we are here to do the work for you, so you can enjoy your guest and event. Our menus are design custom to your needs and request.
We have over 20 years of experience and have catered for local judicial, trustee and various other campaigns and election night celebrations.
Our portfolio includes weddings, graduations, reunions, shower, repast, birthday's, corporate events and School Booster events. We have catered events from 30 guest to 300 guest.

Debra at Encore was Awesome! She was flexible with mishaps on my end and provided great customer service along with even better food! Her pulled pork and chicken with all the sauces were delicious and enjoyed by all at the company picnic. She was always available to answer any questions and quick to respond. On time for set up on the day of the event and even followed up later that evening. Cant wait to have her help us with our next party!

The food was scrumptious from the salads to the dessert. The reviews from attendees were very positive. The ONLY negative this year might be presentation. No food table coverings of neither cloth nor paper. No one made a single negative comment about that, but for myself, being in charge of the dinner, I simply was aware. And, of course, the more amenities you want, the more you can expect to pay. And speaking of that, the cost per plate was very acceptable. And Debra was a very caring, thoughtful and considerate business lady.
