I have a trip charge which can be waived and a reasonable hourly rate.

I've been through training for mold abatement and Epa lead training.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I had a remodeling business, but that was to many hours away from my family. So I worked in facilities maintenance for 8 years. I wanted to be back in business for me only. I do not have any employees and I enjoy what I do.
